Sarah Willcox 

Sarah set up Fairisle 10 years ago to support purpose-led clients with strategic, change, and project management. Sarah's extensive background in strategic development and senior management informs the work that we do, helping clients navigate changes both big and small while ensuring the work that we do is underpinned by solid strategy and inspiring vision. A certified ScrumAgile Scrum Master, Product Owner and mediator, Sarah's an expert in getting all sorts of teams working well together, which is often the secret ingredient when delivering change with heart.

Philip Ratcliff

Philip is our experienced Organisational Development consultant. With a background in ScrumAgile, project management and coaching, his insightful approach gives our clients the setting & space they need to pause - carefully considering their current position before moving things forward. Philip has an enviable track record designing & facilitating engaging workshops and conducting insightful interviews. A very good person to have on your team.
